Aiucd. A conceptual portal for the Digital Humanities in Italy

Abstract

Aiucd is the Italian Association for Digital Humanities (DH). This paper wants to discuss about purposes and goals of this Association and, at the same time, to propose a shared definition of DH, according to the theorization modeled within Aiucd. In particular, this article aims at reasoning on a particular aspect of the DH research, i.e. the project-oriented approach, reflecting on the issues of publishing in a digital context, and on the complexities related to this method of scholarly dissemination.
