'Verba Chrysidis morientis'. Note filologiche ed esegetiche a Eugraph. ad Ter. Andr. 282-298

Abstract

This paper proposes a philological analysis of Eugraphius’ commentary on Andr. 281-298 (27,3-29,15 W.), discussing and interpreting the most problematic passages and, where necessary, proposing emendations to Wessner’s text. Furthermore, through the analysis of some loci critici, the paper will highlight a number of theoretical and practical problems that were not appropriately addressed by Wessner and that the future editor of the commentary will have to face.
